Guinness Float

My very favorite latest dessert I've stumbled upon is both extremely simple and richly decadent - a Guinness Float! Though apple crumbles and cakes are often made by my family for St. Patrick's Day, this year, I'm instead opting for this boozy chilled wonder that tastes like your own little pot of gold.

Remove a frosty pint glass from your freezer and add one scoop each of Häagen-Dazs vanilla and chocolate ice creams. Carefully pour a cold Guinness over the top, and garnish with chocolate curls and a green striped straw for an extra festive touch!
