Aperol Spritz with Mango Garnish

How better to welcome the weekend than with a classic yet festive cocktail? In my book, an Aperol Spritz – made with three parts Prosecco, two parts Aperol, and a splash of club soda – fits the bill, as the Italian aperitif’s bittersweet flavors of orange and rhubarb are made perfectly effervescent by the addition of sparkling wine. On a hot day, I find it hard to dream of a more refreshing post-work cocktail!
