The Cannibal Beer & Butcher (brunch)
I am, of course, always a fan of restaurants with a meat-focused, butcher shop-like atmosphere — and because The Cannibal additionally balances their carnivorous nature with a major emphasis on beer, they certainly win extra points in my book. The restaurant, of course, also serves dishes made with seasonal vegetables, but the meats are most definitely the stars of the show. While I’m excited to head back to enjoy the house-cured charcuterie board featured on the restaurant’s dinner menu, the burgers, daily specials (like a fried chicken sandwich), and booze included on the brunch menu are just the ticket for ultra-satisfying weekend fare.
