Gloom Raiser Cocktail
Heading into this holiday weekend (and final weekend of the year), there seems to be much to which I'd like to say "cheers" from 2016. A chilled Gloom Raiser cocktail seems like a perfectly spooky way to say goodbye to the year, especially with colorfully strobing plastic ice cubes (which remind me of Jack Skellington's scientific research of Christmas). Here's to a delightful 2017 ahead!
Gloom Raiser Cocktail
2 parts Gin
3/4 part Dry Vermouth
2 dashes Pernod
2 dashes Grenadine
Stir with ice. Strain in a cocktail glass.
