Snow Cone Cocktail

I have to admit - this recipe is a bit of a cheat (and isn't especially tempting on such a relatively chilly Los Angeles day!), but I thought the idea of a snow cone cocktail inspired by Jack Skellington's nibble of snow in Christmas town would be super cute! To keep the drink seasonal, I simply combined shaved ice with peppermint schnapps (and then tried to snap a pic before everything melted!).
