Pumpkin Soup

Nothing screams autumn to me like delicious fall soups and stews, and what with my evident pumpkin obsession, today seemed like the perfect time to make a Pumpkin Soup recipe. As the temperature (hopefully) climbs back down and feels remotely appropriate for this time of year, I feel like a bite of this soup, topped with crème fraîche and dried pomegranate seeds, helps transport me to a land of fallen leaves and perpetually crisp air.
