Diablo Taco

I could eat Mexican food every day for the rest of my life until I explode from complete and utter gluttonous pleasure, and Diablo Taco in Silverlake would make that incredibly easy.  Ease back with a crisply chilled glass of dry red sangria (or their signature popsicle Michelada) and comfortably tuck into any of their Urban Tacos -- both the crispy Braised Pork Belly and fried Hen of the Woods mushroom tacos are not to be missed.  Seasonal goodies like the Coca Cola Carne Asada will also go down easy, as will their decadently, densely fried Churros (though I would admittedly probably eat a shoe dipped in their caramel bacon sauce).  Walk in, roll out - that's my motto.
