Black Cat Blackberry Tarts

There's hardly anything as wonderful as fresh, tart blackberries, and I figured the perfect way to celebrate them would be as a compliment to HRH Martha Stewart's Chocolate Ganache Tart recipe. I used Bob's Red Mill hazelnut flour as a substitute for almond meal, and once the tart shell was baked, cooled, and filled with ganache, I refrigerated it (just short of having it set) before decorating with the fresh blackberries.  Deadly delicious, if I may say so myself!
